Individual psychological therapy is available for older adolescents and adults. Australian clients may be eligible for a Medicare rebate where the relevant Better Access requirements are met, including an appropriate referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan.

Psychological Coaching
Coaching is available as a private, out-of-pocket service for people seeking support with personal development, decision-making, motivation or navigating change. A mental health diagnosis or Mental Health Treatment Plan is not required.
Individual psychology supervision is available for psychologists seeking reflective, supportive and clinically focused supervision. Supervision is provided as a private, out-of-pocket professional service.
Psychology Supervision
Sojourn Psychology currently provides appointments via secure telehealth, allowing clients to access psychological services from anywhere in Australia.
In-person appointments are not currently available, but will be offered in the future in Adelaide, South Australia.
